Production Associate (Student Job) (16-20 hrs/Week)

Your role

• Manufacture Byteflies medical devices and perform our manufacturing process which can include: assembly, soldering, gluing, welding, flashing, labeling and others.
• Follow our quality standards and log corresponding records for products in line with the manufacturing process
• Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions
• Own the quality inspection and documentation process for incoming orders

Your skills and experience

Our Production Associate should be someone who:

• Is willing to learn and own the manufacturing process from start to finish.
• Has an analytical mind with attention to detail
• Is precise, meticulous and very handy
• Has a keen eye for quality and precision
• Is excited to be part of an impactful team that wants to revolutionize wearable health
• Is proficient in English (professional proficiency level)

Your educational background is not our primary selection criteria. We are first looking for a colleague that matches with our culture, loves to thinker and who is very handy and detail-oriented.
Maybe you’re studying to be an electro-mechanical engineer (bachelor), or a TSO graduate, maybe you have a different background? If you like welding and soldering and tinkering with circuit boards a lot and you would love to know more about our lean manufacturing process, let’s talk! We are looking for a student who can commit to working at least 2 days a week (either 2 full days or a mix of 1 full days and 2 half days)
