Submit a Support Ticket

This information only applies to the support of the Exploration Kit that was sold between 2017-2018. We would like to receive the following information through this channel.  If you are not sure what version you have, feel free to contact us and someone will reply to you as soon as possible. 

We would like to receive the following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Company Name
  • Description of the issue
  • Which version of the Composer application are you using?  

    This can be found in About under the File menu.

  • What operating system are you using?
If asked to attach your log files, follow along with these instructions:
  1. If your operating system is Windows:
    • Open the Windows File Explorer
    • Navigate to %appdata%\composer
    • Find the following files and make a zip file:
      • log.log
      • daemon_out.log
      • daemon_err.log
    • Attach the zip file via the field above
  2. If your operating systems is macOS:
    • Open the Finder
    • Navigate to ~/Library/Logs/composer manually or by hitting the keyboard shortcut shift + cmd + g
    • Find the following files and make a zip file:
      • log.log
      • daemon_out.log
      • daemon_err.log
    • Attach the zip via the field above
