Project Manager - Healthcare Innovation

What You’ll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary projects in hospital settings, from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, hospital management, Hospital IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate the change in workflows, way of working, and communication needs that are required for successful transitioning to more transmural care
• Translate the needs of hospitals and HCPs into actionable plans that fit within healthcare ecosystems.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. 

You?

• You have 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record in innovation projects. 
• You know how to facilitate and guide discovery work in the beginning of innovation projects. 
• You have a knack for the economic side of innovation: you can translate ideas and ambitions into plans that are value driven (either healthcare economics or patient outcome oriented)
• You are fluent in change management practices and familiar with agile and lean methodologies. You have experience with complex stakeholder management and have worked with people across the board: from management, to operations and IT …
• You’re an excellent communicator and bridge-builder—able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with empathy and clarity.
• You’re energized by making a tangible impact on the future of care.
• You can demonstrate both theoretical training and practical experience in project management. You possess a diverse toolbelt of methodological approaches and the ability to select and apply the appropriate one for the situation..
• Language skills: you are fluent in both Dutch and English.

Bonus Points

• You’ve previously worked in or with hospitals, and you understand the challenges and dynamics of clinical environments.
• Experience with remote patient monitoring, integrated care pathways, or hospital-to-home transitions.
